I went to the this Tim Hortons with a valid survey receipt that clearly states I can redeem it for any size French Vanilla. However, the staff member named Rajesh refused to honor it and told me he could only give me a medium size because he had instructions from the manager Kartik Patel. I called the manager, and he confirmed that he had indeed instructed Rajesh to only serve medium.
When I pointed out the terms on the coupon, Rajesh rudely told me to go to another location if I wanted an extra-large.
What’s worse, he spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner in front of other customers and staff, which was extremely humiliating and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like this at any other Tim Hortons.

So I go inside and show them my app where it shows my order and my receipt. They continued to say that they can't see my order even when I'm showing them it on my phone. They said they will not make my order for me and I will have to call in to customer service to get a refund. At this point it's been awhile and I need to go to my morning appointment so I left empty handed. No coffee and no food even though I paid for it.
