The food was alright. The service was absolutely horrific. I visited TrueBurger while waiting for my flight and Winnipeg at 6:15pm on August 3rd. There was a young white male working the front counter. His customer service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not only that, I witnessed him being blatantly racist to the traveller who ordered before me. The traveller was of Asian descent and did not speak fluent English. On top of the workers clear hatred for his job, he belittled demoralized and humiliated the traveller for not being able to speak English. He told him “here in Canada We don’t speak that fast and we speak English. You need to slow down. Stop talking so fast what’s wrong with you - here in Canada we don’t talk like that” I was so appalled that after my order, I actually confronted him and called him out on his actions. Other customers around me were agreeing in disgust and said they experiences awful service. This person needs to be fired. Immediately. He is ruining your business. LAs a Director in retail - I could not believe what I was experiencing. Even placing my order, I was uncomfortable. It seemed like me being there in the first place was a problem to him. I asked if there was Honey Dill for dipping my fries - he slammed his pen down on the counter, and said no all we have is ketchup here. His tone, attitude, facial expressions and body language were very off putting max I really don’t understand how he even was hired in the first place. Please look up the camera footage so you can see this experience between 6:10 and 6:30 PM on August 3rd. This person leaving your business will be the best decision you will ever make. If I wasn’t boarding a flight I would’ve call security so that this racist, ignorant and rude boy would’ve got what he deserved.
Do better.
You’re representing our country in an international airport.
I truly cannot believe this person has a job.
I attempted to call to get your district managers email, since the management was clearly not present, however, the phone number attached to Google maps is not for TrueBurger Winnipeg airport.

Read moreTrue burger at the Winnipeg airport has to be one of the best burgers I've had in an airport! Better then your substandard fast food. Friendly and fast service for when you're in a rush trying to make that plane. I see a lot of people complaining about the portion sizes, I thought the portion size was just right! Not too big not too small, you don't want to feel over stuffed before getting on a flight. The beef patty was just right and grilled fresh, I got the skinny so it wasn't that big. My burger was great not soggy and didn't fall apart as I ate it, i loved that I could get 50/50 fries and sweet potato. I gave them a 5 star because I was pleasantly surprised about the freshness of my meal. And yes it was a bit overpriced but for me it was worth it, can't expect cheap eats at...
Read moreclose down already!, rip off airport food, not worth it even if it were free, Winnipeg airport is the worst airport in Canada and is comparable to the Airport in Gibraltar a tiny british protectorate.
