Ivy was beyond rude. I asked for a glass of milk to give to my toddlers before flight. First she told me the milk had expired Feb. 25 (that would make it two weeks old). Although, when she opened the door I saw two milk jugs. She told me to try a different place. I tried. Unfortunately, this is the only place to purchase milk on the US side of the airport. I went back and asked to see the expiry date myself. Turns out one had expired and the other jug (that I pointed out to her had not) … also, why are they keeping the expired jug if they know it’s expired. Gross!! Doesn’t sound like this place up to sanitary! Sure wouldn’t eat here! Next, ivy told me I could have a glass but, I quote, “you’ll have to wait, I’m a bit busy.” I said sure and sat for a few minutes at the bar (no problem but that was a very rude comment) I finally got my milk, bit my tongue and left. Ivy is so rude. Her behaviour is vile and I don’t know why she didn’t want to...

Their moniker is "authentic street cuisine"... The place doesn't really have a street food vibe. It's decorated with red brick... could they be going for street dining in an alley feel? The menu is bi-lingual. At first, I thought the menu was 2 pages long, but it is only 1 page printed in two languages. I had the Philly Cheese Steak, and it was pretty good, I liked the crusty bread. My friend got the quesdilla with no meat. She liked the sour cream and salsa and thought it was good. She said the soda water was very bubbly and liked it being true to name. The server seemed a little stressed out. She was very kind but also, it was the end of shift and they seemed to be out of a few things. If you are going through US customs for an international flight, try to bring...
Read moreThis is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant within the departure through the US. The food is absolutely horrendous and tasteless. It's the only eatery/ restaurant that monopolized the departure area so there's no choices. We got our food with no cutlery. There was just one waiter/manager/owner took 45 mins to bring us cutlery. Same with a drink, came 45 mins later with a glass that had lipstick residue all over it which means the glass used was not washed (it was disgusting) We were told they were not well staffed because their entire front house employees did not show up for work. I will suggest that those traveling to the US via this departure area, eat outside of the US departure gate unless you want to eat overpriced food that literally tastes like nothing. Probably the worse airport...
