You probably have a bad taste in food if you called this place "really good" I was extremely excited that finally Elmira has offered a nice dine in and take out Chinese food. First time that i had order from here, I was getting over a cold and finally getting some of my taste buds back but could barely still taste. I order the short ribs comes with rice, and order a dish called Spicy stir-fry beef. Took it home, and notice that the spicy stir fry beef looks nothing alike the picture from the menu. Oh well, ate it did not like it I ended up eating the ribs instead. Next couple weeks I decided to give this place another shot! I don't think it's the most sanitizing place. When I arrived the daughter was sitting on the table holding her sister and playing on the iPad. The mom comes out tells the daughter to start taking the ends of the green beans out, she starts doing so without washing her hands. I continued to order 2 Pad Thai 1 hot 1 not. Went home, began to eat my spicy pad Thai. It was the worst pad thai ever! the pad thai looked water down and less color. When I took a bite.. it didn't taste like anything but water and hot spice! Took it back asked for my refund and was told I can get another dish instead. I told them no, I just want my money back. Never coming back again... sorry had...

We ordered 3 C7s and 1 C4, but we got it the other way around, although I repeated it over the phone few times to make sure the lady got my order right. My coworkers and I are very disappointed in our order tonight because this was very careless from the management of the restaurant and the people working there. When we order something we are expecting to get that specific thing and especially in food so when I get something else and I am already starving I am going to be very upset about it. We had to eat things we didnt order just because there wasnt enough time in our lunch break to go and change the orders! This is unacceptable!

The vegetables were nicely steamed, slightly crisp, fresh; everything seemed clean & the food was available almost immediately. Friendly service. On the other hand, fatty, low-quality beef that seemed soggy; pork dumplings tasted like the cheapest, low-quality high-sodium frozen variety available; sauces that the dishes are normally cooked in were overly salty -- standard highly-processed, American-Chinese fast-food goop I suppose. And the only drinking water available is room temp & bottled in plastic (get your dose of BPAs & microplastics & pay extra for it). Atmosphere: while clean & spacious, has an unfinished storage warehouse feel, as if not really intended...
