Beautiful new coffee shop in town! ❤️ Patient and understanding customers are probably much appreciated as they don’t have all the menu items in place and still transitioning as a new shop with all the employees! The owners are Vietnamese and speak little to no English. They call the salad rolls “spring rolls”, one is fresh and one is fried… they serve the fresh handmade salad rolls there! My Parents were immigrants so I understand how difficult it was for them to learn English and settle into our Beloved country Canada! Their genuine hardwork, passion and love for creating culinary treats are very evident! We very much enjoyed our drinks and food!!! Vietnamese coconut coffee, lychee iced tea, chia seed chrysanthemum longan tea, my girls LOVED the dumplings and my husband loved the Turkey croissant 🥐 Despite the language barrier I can see the kindness, perseverance and culinary passion in the owners eyes and taste it in their food 💖💖 when I look into their eyes I sense extreme diligence, and humility 💖 it warms my heart to see the courage in this new local business!!! Stopped into this place this morning on my way to a meeting as I'm in Yorkton and I heard about it and had to check it out and i love to support local businesses. I ordered the paradise peach cream foam and it's pretty good. When I got it I was a little skeptical as the color was more brown than peach, but it's pretty good. Could have a little more peach flavor as it's a little lacking but I'd definitely order again. Definitely want to try their fresh Rolls and Vietnamese subs they have posted in restaurant. Just stopped as we were traveling through. So glad we stopped. Lunch was so good. The Vietnamese beef bun was amazing. The flavor was tangy, not overbearing. The bun melted in your mouth.
