Wendy's — Restaurant in Yorkton

Worst experience ever. Using my husbands account to place this review. This was my second time having wendys first time I didn't enjoy but w.e just thought wasn't my thing that happens..but then we went to yorkton and I realised.. I hate wendys. Not just the food but the customer service was offensive. Asked for dipping sauces Carl yells back salt and pepper.... yea cause my 3 year old wants salt and pepper.... then my drink isn't mixed w.e I mixed it it happens but what we saw and recorded next was gag worthy.... he wipes his almost bald head that's full of sweat and with his bare hands does the fries and stuff and tes touchs the fries I recorded this in drive thru his touching the fries going into the bag and again when I went in to complain of how horrible the burger was... It didn't even look edible.... horrible experience....0...

This location was filthy. I needed to use the ladies washroom and walked right back out. Mentioned it to the person at the counter at Wendy's, he said the ladies room was the responsibility of the Tim Horton's side of the establishment. My husband mentioned the state of the women's washroom to the counter person at the Tim Horton's. The person told my husband that it was the responsibility of the Wendy's side! The tables and floors were equally disgusting. If a place has filth where people can see, I can only imagine what people can't see. I did order a meal to go. I threw it out because I was concerned of food poisoning. We are relocating to Yorkton in a couple months and this was not a great first impression of the City we will be...

I only really go here for breakfast. The food is solid but the wait is generally pretty long, especially I think for biscuits. I've waited upwards of 20 minutes after ordering at the drivr-thru and being asked to pull ahead and I waited at the counter for nearly 10 mins today for someone to take my order (kiosks don't have breakfast) and another 8 minutes for my order. I will say, though, that a man at th drivr-thru has gone out of his way to fill my last minute breakfast orders even when I know it was an inconvenience and was nothing but polite about it. The wait is what brings the rating down for me.

The store itself is clean enough and my husband says that the men's bathroom was clean but half of it was...
