Bistro Noventa 90 is marvelous! The service is outstanding (the waiter's English was also very good); the atmosphere is lovely downstairs, and I imagine also upstairs. Nice terrace and interior. Service is also good. However, mind it’s mainly an expat & tourist place; it’s pricy compared to the others in the pedestrian area. Is it worth the difference?
