Kazoku Japanese Bistro — Restaurant in George Town

Though the atmosphere is quite the sight to behold, I am highly disappointed at the food itself. Unfortunately, the sushi, though larger in portion than most places, is largely bland. I prefer the smaller savory bites of elsewhere if what you can taste is mostly cold rice.

But that's a mystery solved. We wondered why nobody was here despite selling aesthetically pleasing dishes like the Bento Box. Just a bit unfortunate that the taste of the food doesn't match the price...

Kazoku is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm ambiance and friendly staff. The sushi is nothing short of art – each piece is beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the wavy roll, crunchy roll and volcano roll. The poke bowl was also exquisite and very tasty. The attentive service and delightful atmosphere make for a perfect dining experience....

I came to this restaurant while on vacation from the United States seeking authentic Japanese cuisine. Our dinner was absolutely FANTASTIC. The decor was welcoming, but most of all amazing. The staff was attentive and catered to our needs. Why go to Japan when you can come to Grand Cayman?!?! I will definitely come back on my next visit! Great food! Great staff!...
