Pico Taqueria — Restaurant in George Town

On the 28th of February at 12 noon I went to pick up some lunch from your restaurant and I’m very disappointed to say that the service was excellent until it was time to cash out my order. Your employee was very rude and disrespectful, the customer service of the cashier was disgusting. I asked for a plastic bag to put my food in and her reaction was incredibly rude, she got upset when I asked for the bag and refused to give eye contact. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Treated like we didn't matter. And then after the horrible service requested a tip. Food was also sub par. Was not worth the money. Menu stated home made chips and out of a plate of nachos only 2 pieces of chips were actually home fried. I personally saw either the manager or owner sit on top of the prep table in the back. After seeing this I stopped eating. If they are going to be that unsanitary in the visual area of the customers can you imagine what they do out of sight of the customers? I'd say hard pass...

This is a lovely counter service place selling tacos, burritos, etc.. There is a kids menu. Everything is made fresh and is flavourful. The staff was very helpful when I asked for them to make decisions for me.

Only complaint is that they steam the wheat tortilla shells, not put them in a hot press, so they’re soft but they also stick to the paper. Which...
