Ciragán — Restaurant in Antofagasta

After waiting for 2h for our food without any update or communication from the waiter, it suddenly dawned upon them that we had not gotten our food. Apparently, cooking salmon can be very difficult with a defective kitchen, perhaps they could’ve told us that before. Upon realizing that we had not gotten our food, panic mounted within the waiters. My food came 10 minutes earlier than my friends, the bacon is raw, the barbecue sauce inexistent and the bread is barely cooked… nor to mention the hair on my bacon (right corner of the picture). I wish I could go back in time and spare myself the wait for this awful food (not to speak of the tasteless salmon brick my friend got accompanied by undercooked fries). The view is the only redeeming factor but it pales in comparison to the abomination which they serve on your table after a short 2h wait. I would recommend going to the moon to eat some soil instead of coming here. Please please avoid at all cost, hope you have a better experience at any of the adjoining...

The restaurant has a good view if you are lucky to get a table next to the edge of the mall. Chairs are not very comfy. My experience wasn't the best, probably because I was by myself, but you almost have to grab a waiter/waitress by the hand and bring him over to your table to get any service. I had to wait for a long time till they finally decided to stop ignoring me (I didn't leave because I was tired and thirsty and had found a table with a view) . Recientemente visité el Mall Plaza Antofagasta y quedé maravillado con el centro comercial Ciragán, ubicado dentro del mall. La arquitectura moderna y el diseño elegante me dejaron sin aliento. La variedad de tiendas y servicios es amplia, desde ropa y accesorios hasta restaurantes y entretenimiento.

Me gustó la calidad de las tiendas, con marcas reconocidas y productos de alta calidad. Los precios son competitivos y los empleados son amables y atentos. La comida es otro punto fuerte, con opciones para todos los gustos y presupuestos. Desde comida rápida hasta restaurantes de alta cocina, hay algo para todos.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención al detalle en el diseño y la decoración del lugar. Los espacios son amplios y cómodos, y la iluminación es excelente. El centro comercial también ofrece servicios como Wi-Fi gratuito y áreas de descanso, lo que lo hace ideal para pasar el día.
