McDonald's — Restaurant in Pudahuel

This is the first time that I have received that kind of bad service. I ordered a couple of menus for my family. Those fancy automatic order hubs are giving you the menus that are existing.

The problem was we waited 15 min for 3 menus.

And there were missing items in the menu's. When I asked why it was missing. The answer from the shift manager and the employee was that they don't have it at the moment. Why are you selling it then ? The tables and the restaurant hygiene are questionable The soda machine is dipping everywhere water and is dirty Food items like sauces are missing Kids' menu items are missing

If you don't have any inventory, don't sell it. And for God's sake, don't put incompetent managers saying we don't have that. You are providing service. You are a billion dollar company, not a street corner hot dog stand..

It seems all the McDonald's branches are the same ....

Pleasant Surprise at Santiago Airport McDonald's!

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and luxury of this McDonald's at Santiago Airport. The freshness of the food, especially the wonderfully crunchy chips, exceeded my expectations for a fast-food restaurant. While my rating is relative to other McDonald's outlets, the service and atmosphere here were fantastic.

The convenience of having this spacious McDonald's close to our boarding gate was a game-changer. The staff was friendly, and the acceptance of card payments was a lifesaver for tourists like us who hadn't yet acquired local currency.

We ordered the family box which was great value and had plenty of food to feed three people.

So, apparently you have to specify everything at this McDonalds. I went through the drive through and ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle. I was then asked to select the meat...that would be sausage, right? So I get the sandwich, pull off to the side to eat and Guess What? No Egg or cheese! Went back inside and asked and the cashier said you have to specify what you want. So, apparently, to order a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGeiddle you have to specify "with Egg, Cheese...
