Experiencing the Legendary Peking Duck in Beijing from Dadong in China Central Mall. They serve a special Peking Duck called Subuni. The duck is aged for 22 days and then smoked with lemongrass, resulting in a delicious and authentic dish. They call it an extra delicate, greaseless and succulent crunch, and it truly did live up to its description. I tried the skin with sugar and it was great, but the traditional way to enjoy it is by making a wrap with the meat, skin, cucumber, scallions, and hoisin sauce. Peking Duck is truly an emperor's meal, and I had the opportunity to experience it multiple times during my 6-day stay in Beijing. It's a gastronomic experience that I highly recommend everyone to try at least once in their lifetime.

You want to sit on the main floor, its got a trendy vibe. The upstairs is more for private parties but becomes the over flow room when its very busy (although I've never been there when there's no wait). Service...
