Had the pleasure of eating at Brasserie 1893 on our visit to Beijing. We were blown away with the service and the chef Madelaz is passionate, knowledgeable and professional. The tasting menu was absolutely exquisite, beautiful looking .our children were absolutely delighted (my 11 year old son is a big foodie and enjoyed the tasting menu too) to go into the kitchen and meet the chefs.
