A very popular & super crowded café on the east side of Kunning Gate, inside the Kunning East Courtyard.

You’ll need to secure your seats first at their dining courtyard (across the alley from the corner café), then order through their app (available only in Mandarin). And finally head back to the café to wait for your order to be called.

Enjoyable place to have tea at the Forbidden Palace. We got a queue number slip from the door attendent and go to order in about 20 mins, which is quite fast. We got the coffee, cake, and sweet lychee drink. The items are all eye pleasing and taste good. Would have skipped the sweet drink.

The indoor seating is full, so we seat outdoor in the shared area and managed to find empty table promptly as the turnover is quite fast.

Get your afternoon tea here with gorgeous bakeries. There's no English menu, but just look what other get. People order almost the same.

It's a popular place, so go there early to get a queue number if you can't queue online as Chinese. When it's close to your number, you get in, queue for making order, than another queue for picking up your order. Other with you can go and find a place to sit.
