Had an excellent time with the two bartenders ! I used to bartend craft cocktails in Chicago and these guys know there spirits and cocktails. I was shocked when they knew how to make me a Jungle Bird ! Many bars in the States don't even know what it is. They have bottles here from places around the world that I was frankly shocked to see.
