Fantastic food near the Temple of Heaven! We originally found this place on Apple Maps listed as Yinjimen Ding Meat Pie (Temple of Heaven Branch) - as Google Maps isn’t the most accurate here in Beijing. We first came for an early breakfast and then returned for lunch. On both visits, the restaurant was packed, however, the tables turned quick with fast service, and it was made easy to place our lunch order through AliPay. The Dou Fu Nao, Beijing-style tofu pudding with gravy and bao breakfast combo was a complete surprise! The meat pie and green onion pancakes were also fantastic! Would highly recommend...

We had our lunch here after exploring Temple of Heaven as it’s the nearest halal joint. Might need to wait briefly for table during peak hours but not that long. We went around 12.30pm and waited like 5mins.

I had a chance to have a dinner here with my family and the food was authentic & tasty. Service was incredible the girl on counter help me in translation and explained everything. It’s 100% halal Muslim own restaurant. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Beijing & looking for authentic halal food. The food was economical.
