这里一层是一些糕点的售卖,二层和三层才是就餐的区域; 三楼有包厢也有开放式大堂(包厢似乎有消费限制,可以在预订的时候询问)。
菜色有大众化的锅边、虾酥,进一步的南煎肝、荔枝肉,以及因为现在同为聚春园集团下,也有供应闽菜里常被提及的佛跳墙。 从点餐角度来说丰俭由人,对于游客来访也是多一些选择。
不过发挥水平一言难尽,像这次体验的南煎肝处理不尽如人意,有供应链的问题(这道菜高度依赖新鲜程度高的肝),也有技艺上的考量…不确定是否是其稳定发挥。
