This is an old and famous shop serving blanched fish skin in soy marinate and cilantro as its best known speciality. There is also congee, rice rolls, pig trotter and an interesting selection of drinks as well. The setup is your most basic but fish skin is no longer commonly found in Hong Kong and this specialty of Chen Tian Ji really is nostalgic for me. And it is a high priority visit...
