Antalya Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Guangzhou City

Disappointment at not eating at the restaurant! Last Saturday, we visited the restaurant around 3:30 PM for food. At the entrance, a girl, without even saying hello, gestured the number 2 with her fingers and led us into the restaurant. Initially, we sat at a table on the ground floor. A waitress came with a tablet, we ordered a water, and immediately after, she left the tablet on the table and left without explaining anything, as she didn't speak a word of English. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the table, but no one came. Then, we called a staff member and asked if we could smoke hookah, and he moved us to the upper floor where we could eat and smoke hookah. They forced us to pay for the water downstairs before going up, as if we were going to another place. This person was very sweaty because he was forced to serve both inside and outside, and it was terribly hot. On the upper floor, a dark-haired waiter greeted us, showed us to our table, and brought us a tablet again. Although there were two of us, he brought one tablet, bordering on rudeness and in a very rushed manner, told us that we would have to choose our food via the tablet and send the order when we were ready, and he left with a sarcastic expression. Then a girl, probably a service assistant, came to set our cutlery. Her hands had some white pieces like breadcrumbs. After leaving the cutlery with these dirty hands, one of the two plates was dirty and she put her finger inside the plate and started rubbing it above our heads. Needless to say, after that, we got up to leave. While we were still inside the shop and as we were walking out, no manager of the business treated us seriously. If the business operates with these standards even before the food reaches the table, I don't want to imagine what their food will be like. Indifference, rudeness, sarcasm, lack of professionalism. I doubt if the people there know even in the slightest what hospitality means and how to run a restaurant. The business definitely needs management corrections from the first contact with the customer to the last. We visited this Turkish restaurant as a group of 10 people. The food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. Just as we were about to have tea after dinner, the staff asked us to leave because they had another group waiting for a table of 10.

As paying customers who ordered a full meal and supported the restaurant with a large bill, we expected to be treated with respect and patience. I was excited to eat here. The food was very good And I will come back again for sure. My only complaint was that all the food came all together. Given I am from Turkey and brought a guest I wanted them to taste different things . We ordered starters lahmacun pide dips etc. these came and as we start to enjoy I was worried the main dishes would come so we asked to slow it down but it had already come out .

Next time I will order slowly knowing they just bring it out but everything...
