I had an unforgettable dining experience at Prohibition Grill House & Cocktail Bar—
Last night, as my friend celebrated her birthday, our group of 20 was treated to a tailored menu that dazzled every sense. We began with a Burrata Salad with White Asparagus that was refreshingly crisp and the perfect, delicate start to our meal. The standout star was undoubtedly the “New Orleans" Style Crab Cake—lump crab paired with a tangy tartar sauce that truly elevated the dish. Every bite was a delightful reminder of why this place is worth the visit.
For our main course, choices were abundant and each option was executed to perfection. The Homemade Tagliolini with Alaskan King Crab was a sublime blend of textures and flavors. For those craving something heartier, the USDA Prime Ribeye Cap was an absolute revelation—juicy, tender, and accompanied by creamy spinach, sautéed button mushrooms, truffle fries, and a crisp onion ring. Alternatively, the Falkland Islands Toothfish offered a unique twist for seafood enthusiasts.
We wrapped up our feast with a sensational dessert—the Flamed Alaska, featuring a mouth-watering trio of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream, layered with sponge cake and elevated by the aromatic touch of Grand Marnier. It was, without a doubt, the best Alaska dessert I have ever had.
Not only does Prohibition Grill House deliver on flavor and presentation, but the ambiance and dedication to quality make it a must-visit for any celebration. Whether you're marking a special occasion or simply craving standout American classics with a historical twist, this place never...
Read moreThe Festive Season Set Lunch offers 3 or 4 courses, with the 4-course option adding a choice of daily soup or decadent lobster bisque—highly recommended for its creamy, indulgent flavor. The appetizer buffet includes quality cold cuts, fresh greens, homemade salads, a modest cheese selection, and fresh smoked salmon, providing a light, satisfying start.
For mains, there are seven options, with only two incurring extra charges—a refreshing change. The Australian Black Angus Flap Steak is a favorite, though slightly undercooked for some and a touch salty. The sides, like crispy potatoes, are a standout, while the broccoli’s heavy garlic topping may divide opinions.
Dessert, another buffet, is a sweet but less memorable finish. Coffee isn’t included and may be worth skipping due to its herbal taste. Service is attentive, and the festive decor, paired with large windows overlooking a courtyard, creates an elegant yet cozy atmosphere—perfect for holiday gatherings or...

Finally got to try this place for their lunch buffet and it was awesome! Perfect for a fun gathering or a little celebration.
Honestly, I was most impressed by the salad and starter spread. It's seriously high-quality. They had like, six different types of vinegar for your salad – how cool is that? The Parma ham and other cured meats were great, and I loved the tuna tartar. There was just so much to choose from!
What really made it special was the service. The waiters kept coming by with fresh-out-of-the-oven homemade pizza and pasta. It was such a nice touch and everything they brought around was delicious.
Oh, and the steak was good! Solid. Maybe not the absolute best I've ever had, but I really enjoyed it.
For about $600 a person, I think it's totally worth it. With all the amazing food and the lovely service, you really get your...
