好掛住流浮山香港Fish and Chips , 娟姐又未開、唯有硬着頭皮盲闖流浮山的「新多寶來海鮮酒家」 幸運的我遇上了一位「好客之道、做多一步」的女侍應、挑選海鮮時她會乖巧地告訴我這裏不加1 、 不會另取海鮮加工費，讓我有種飄飄然的感覺、但當我問他黃皮老虎多少錢一両時、披着羊皮的狼出現了、鑒於自己為食、唯有願者上釣、流浮山金蠔遠近馳名、他不讓我點之餘更告訴我台山蠔才是皇道、我聽完除了得啖笑之餘更加對這餐飯戰戰兢兢的心情打開一個驚心動魄的序幕 菜式如下： 生炸乳鴿 蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子 枝竹炆黃皮老虎 上湯龍蝦炒飯 顛覆了我多年食海鮮經驗、頭炮先上一道單尾上湯龍蝦炒飯、我忍不住問該位本年度最佳服務獎女侍應、她漫不經心地回答「 好食咪得囉」 之後再來一道蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子、完全沒有歧視觀點、他能夠將一粒雪白的帶子鬼斧神工地用上他秘製的豉油後令帶子變成我的偶像Michael Jordan一樣、重口味到旁邊有部洗腎機等我不特止、粒帶子蒸到用他細心地配上的特製長匙羹义都撩唔開、食完後直程要有多位牙醫傍住先搞得掂，真正做到齒頰留香 「笑」 再來一道該店所謂的招牌菜「生炸乳鴿」、我叫一開二，佢就一開四、佢問我有咩分別，我都費事塞錢入佢袋、支持的菜式質素令我覺得他做到不Juicy是必須的、乾噌嚐之餘每一啖你都可以品嚐到隔夜千年油的油膱味、既然招牌菜關係, 我幫佢起個好名叫做Strong Body 乳鴿 最後一度，我最期待已久的港版Fish and chips 黃皮老虎、先不要說魚身入不入味、就連知足都能夠巧妙地與醬汁做到「同撈同煲、各自修行」的神境界、吃到這裏、我火燒心不特止、直程「火燒島」 盛惠黑店價錢、10流服務質素 、完全不入流的食物質素不特止，最後乖乖哋科水時收銀意氣風發地問我好食與否、我老實回答、回我一句「唔好意思」四個大字、我都想回你四個大字「笑」大家又猜到是哪4 個大字嗎？😂😂😂

Been to Lau Fau Shan for many times but visited this restaurant for the first time. Comfortable setting for a local seafood restaurant. My friend bought in seafoods for the restaurant to cook for us. All dishes were reasonably done. The staff were very friendly.

Tucked away in the Hong Kong's new territories, it's situated at such an unexpected area, yet it has parking facilities that can accommodate tour buses. Unassuming place with fresh seafood. Had a sumptuous lunch! Didn't take any photos as was a lunch meeting. Crowded so better...
