It used to be awesome under old management- yes the place might be a little dirty and old fashioned but the dim sum was great, to a point it worth driving to there and wait for a table for it. Things changed under new management these days. You are paying for the interior design but not the food now, especially with some awesome dim sum removed from the menu. Still taste good though, but no long worth the drive really even it’s parking is free. Disclaimer: Never tried their dinner, but hey having seafood in this sort of place will surely be a rip off to some degree...

Had a lovely morning indulging in dim sum with my mom at The Palace Seafood Restaurant in Lau Fau Shan. We decided to try the Big Bun, and it certainly lived up to its name – it was huge! The rest of the dim sum was decent; nothing out of the ordinary but satisfying nonetheless. The location is a big plus – super convenient and easy to get to. All in all, it was a delightful experience, especially sharing it with mom. Would recommend dropping by if you're in the area and you've got a craving for some...

Firstly, the most attractive offer is the free parking. It is fairly convenient for drivers! Yet, if you want to get here by public transport, taxi is your only choice. Secondly, the environment here isn’t bad. This restaurant is air-conditioned, which has cooled us down in this really hot day!
