It’s not the Shing Kee we used to know anymore. The previous owner Fae Lo was a marvelous chef, it was a family business and he worked alone in the kitchen. He picked all seafood himself, he cooked with simple method and just delicious. After the restaurant caught fire many years ago, it closed and we haven’t go there for quite some time.
