Terrible staff service and mediocre food

Incident -

My friend and I (two of us) decided to try this mixian restaurant. Once we got in, we immediately felt the cold draft rushing through our body. We seated and quickly ordered our food and requested the staff to lower the temperature for one AC unit, as there were three AC units altogether blasting all at once in this 1xx square feet restaurant. The staff rudely refused and replied that no they cannot be turned down, and that we would feel warmer once food arrives. We then asked if we could sit at these vacant spots across our table as we felt if we stayed seated in the same spot, we could feel sick with the AC blowing right above our heads (keep in mind, we wore our long sleeve work blazer as well). The staff rudely replied yes and we quickly shuffled to the other spot. However, after a minute seated, the staff and owner then came back and asked us to move to another vacant spot.

I think it would be fine if they could kindly and explicitly tell us in the first place not to move to the spot in the first place. So we got pretty annoyed by the rude staff service and reluctantly moved to another spot in the restaurant. The staff AND owner was then rudely talking to us that you can't turn off the AC, you need to be considerate as we have more patrons, and it won't be cold once the food arrives. So we got pretty fed up and canceled one order out of the three orders as we wanted to quickly eat and head back to office to work.

However, the owner then spazzed out at us yelling that we cannot cancel our order and you MUST and HAVE TO pay for it. My friend and I were completely appalled by this level of service from this small business. The food then came after several minutes, including the order we wanted to cancel, which came 10 minutes later. We noticed they got one of our orders wrong as well. We were so upset at this point, we just quickly ate our food and left the one order we wanted to cancel untouched and uneaten on the table.

We then proceeded to pay and inform the owner that we do not want to pay for that one order we previously asked to cancel. However, the owner immediately lost control and threatened to call the police on us for not paying for our food, even though she had our money in hand... The owner kept yelling and pointing her fingers at us in front of all the patrons and tried to insult us saying that i) we weren't logical for requesting to turn off the AC and compared our request to asking a mall to turn off the AC (we explicitly asked to lower the temperature of one AC out of the three AC, not switch off the AC, in a small 1xx square ft restaurant), ii) calling my friend and I stupid and idiotic in Chinese and also somehow added that we looked like we received education, and iii) repeatedly say the AC problem is our fault and disregarded their fault in messing up our order and moving us to spots that were not available.

All in all, I would suggest anyone who is considering to visit this restaurant to second think again whether they are willing to accept this level of customer service and the mediocre...

到mikiki行街， 剛好晚飯時間就行出商場搵食。 試下滇二哥雲南米線，位於新蒲崗景福街57號地下。晚餐🥢 ～ 炸醬腩肉酸辣米線、 雞翼大腸木耳絲酸辣米線、 拍青瓜、咸檸七、凍檸茶。

▫️炸醬腩肉酸辣米線🍜 ～ 炸醬和腩肉都好味， 湯底味道酸酸的， 適合我口味，剛好我不能吃太辣。

▫️雞翼大腸木耳絲酸辣米線🍜 ～ 雞翼大腸木耳絲份量都多， 這款點了小辣， 非常惹味。

▫️拍青瓜🥒 ～ 口感脆爽， 辣度適中。

▫️咸檸七 🥤& 凍檸茶🥤 ～ 這兩杯飲品和米線很夾， 清新又解膩。

米線份量多價錢適中，...

米線兩餸加嘢飲40幾50蚊左右，睇揀咩餸價錢會唔同。餸選擇都算多，湯底都可以揀，有辣有唔辣。

揀左雞翼同豆卜，料唔多，但米線份量足夠。湯底揀左麻辣中辣，但個人覺得完全唔辣，鍾意食辣嘅朋友可以揀大辣。湯底會跟蔥、芫荽、豆芽菜等等配料，可以走。
