Come here for lunch once every two to three weeks. This is a very popular place for the locals that live in or near Fok Loi Estate. I wouldn't call the pho broth authentic Vietnamese but it's still flavorful and "sweet." I usually get the Locomotive (火車頭) but decided to try another popular dish this past Saturday. The chicken of the Saliva Chicken (口水雞) was good just by itself. Tender and flavorful. They toned down the spiciness of the sauce and it was too mild by my taste; but many locals like it that way. Service is always good. The place is crammed. Good value...

An amazing local-style Vietnamese restaurant in Tsuen Wan!

Orders are made by scanning the QR code given and through an online system. Then, food and drinks were quickly served.

Many options for the noodle base and a variety of toppings are available too. Sauces are on the table without charge, like Sriracha and so on. The portion was generous given the price.

I went to the restaurant in the afternoon. The waitresses are nice enough. I got a seat pretty soon. I ordered a beef noodles, and it was absolutely delicious. I appreciate the beef and the soup! However, the atmosphere doesn't really make me more entertained as there's only a few paintings and barely any decorations. Overall, it's a good experience! I highly recommend...
