Secret Chefs (Tsuen Wan) — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

Being someone who doesn’t eat beef, I thus have no authority to comment on their signature dishes of beef.

I visited 秘 during lunch with some beef-loving friends. The place was very small but neat; I was told that only one type of soft drink was available in the fridge, and I believed it was due to the limited space they have. However, you could always ask for something else but in room temperature.

I ordered a very nice deep fried pork and some delicious rice with sesame seed and dried seaweed on top. Everything was good and clean.

I also took photos of the beef my friends ordered, they all looks interesting!

The only concern was having your clothes marinated in grease, it was especially bad while taking the stink...

Good food quality and quantity! The price might be little bit higher compare to restaurants nearby. However, it is definitely worth it. I was amazed by the taste of the black truffle beef when I first tried it. If you haven't been to this restaurant, you must view it asap. It might also be an interesting experience for someone who haven't try this type of barbeque. Really well worth the price!! Although the wagyu beef is not very beefy, it's good enough when you add a bit of salt. The marbling on the beef is very nice and the beef is tender. The cutlet skin is nice and crispy. The eel size is quite generous for the eel rice. There is no alcoholic drinks here though, which is a pity because beer would have been great with the cutlet beef.
