The classic comic strip "Old Master Q" is not only a symbol of Hong Kong culture, but also an enduring icon that encapsulates the collective memory of generations of Hong Kong people. In celebration of the 60th Anniversary of “Old Master Q”, Chan Yee Hing Restaurant, which also has a history of more than half a century, has recently launched a series of limited edition products featuring Old Master Q and his friend Big Potato by incorporating the taste of Chiu Chow into these pastries and sauces.
