Dough Bros. Pizza & Doughnuts (Tseung Kwan O) — Local services in Hong Kong

It was extremely disappointing when I tried to pick up a takeaway order from the TKO store. The website says the store opens at 11am and I had an order for for pickup at 11.15.

When I arrived at 11.10, the team said that they open at 11.30 and my order was not even received by their shop... I had to wait for more than 45 minutes before my order was eventually ready... As I waited patiently, I saw many people that came in after me get their food first... even when they ordered at the till...

In the end, they even got my order wrong... i didnt receive tater tots or the chicken wings that i ordered, and the garlic dough balls were horrendous. Will definitely not be back!

I’ve had it more than just once or twice—it’s one of those pizzas that comes to mind every now and then, making me crave it all over again. The crust is delightfully chewy and full of character, totally different from the usual stiff or overly firm bases that make your jaw ache. And I absolutely love their special sauces—they add so much flavor without making the pizza greasy.

This time, I accidentally selected the pickup option on the delivery app. Thankfully, the lovely staff member at the restaurant handled it with such kindness and efficiency, turning what could’ve been a hassle into yet another happy, memorable meal. It's these little touches that keep me coming back....

Yo, this pizza joint seriously dropped the ball! Can you believe they had my order ready in like two minutes flat? Sounded too good to be true, and boy was I right. Took one bite of that sad, cold pie and my whole vibe was ruined. Talk about a major buzz kill to what was supposed to be a chill night. I mean, how hard is it to serve up a piping hot pizza from a store merely selling pizzas? Clearly, they don't understand the basics of good food. Ugh, such a letdown. I might as well have eaten cardboard for dinner. Safe to say, I won't be returning to that place anytime soon. They really fumbled the bag...
