Thai Food Recommendation
If you are looking for a Thai food recommendation around Tseung Kwan O, Tsuen Wan, or even Central, you should try Thai Grill.
This restaurant serves a variety of thai dishes that could heal your longing of eating thai food.
We came here during lunch and they have a lunch set which includes a salad/soup and a drink. The soup is tom yum soup and it’s really amazing!
For the main, we tried the boat noodle and the minced meat and basil fried rice. Portion is huge and price is reasonable. The mixed beef boat noodle is refreshing and soup is more on the sweet side. They are very generous with the toppings.
The minced meat and basil fried rice is so fragrant and it tastes really good. It’s quite spicy so if some of you love spicy food, you should try this fried rice.
We also ordered some snacks, the spring roll and the shrimp cake that is thick and fulfilling.
For dessert, of course you should not miss the mango sticky rice. It’s rich and the sweetness from the mango balances the savoury taste of the coconut sauce.
We had the thai jasmine milk tea and iced longan for the drinks.

🍜 Pad Thai: Classic and well-executed. More on the sweeter side
🐖 Pork Mince Rice:So flavourful and comforting! The minced pork was savoury and well-seasoned. Quite spicy
🧋 Thai Green Tea: Sweet, creamy, and refreshing
🥥 Coconut Pudding:A lovely, light way to finish. It was creamy and quite sweet with a great coconut flavour.
The service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has a nice,...
Read moreThe boat noodles had the right amount of fish sauce, and the additional touch of fried pork’s skin was simply chef’s kiss. Not many hk restaurants add that to their boat noodles and that’s such a pity. Imagine Eileen Gu losing her skiing suit - you get what I mean.
Despite this being a new establishment, the service staff were prompt to refill our glasses and clear our plates. A well...
