noc (Tsuen Wan) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

when I arrived in the store and waiting for what I would like. I pick up the menu on the desk that was just in front of me. I think it is really clear and glad to order at that moment. Suddenly, a female staff pick the menu away from my hand rudely and said it is internal information and warning me i am not allow to read.

The first question, why you would allow such a internal information to show it on cashier and to let customers so easy to take? But no any internal sticker on your internal information, the white folder just like your menu. How could i get that i am not allowed to read?

The second question, why the staff shouted to me is just for the customer read the menu, who do not know the menu not a menu, and attitude so rudely?

I am so disappointed to visit noc coffee. The first impression is really bad. I feel really annoyed and humiliated. I think the attitude of your staff is really destroying...

I've been to a few of their outlets, and visit this one more often since it is near where I live. They recently started charging a 10% service fee, sad for the wallet, but still a good coffee shop to hang out with friends. I tried their Dirty, flat white, cappuccino, Americano. Also tried their salad, cheese cake, and pastries. Their salad portion is pretty big, lots of figs and alvacado, well worth the price unless you make your own salad at home. My friend had ate their all day breakfast and mocha, she said is good and big portion. We sat by the window while the sun was setting, and we bumped into a rainbow, hope you can see it...

NOC never disappoints, from the coffee to the atmosphere, always has that Nordic feel to it I love it! This time I came for a brunch, my usual oatmeal, cappuccino, chicken quesadillas and maltose chicken bowl, comes with a yogurt yoo. How yum!! Very chill environment. Super cozy, I have...
