Went here a few days ago and it was so disappointing that we've been saying "At least it's not Ruby Tuesday" when we experience something disappointing.
Having been to most restaurants in the area, we wanted to give this one at least a try. Although I'm from the US, I don't recall ever trying this chain.
I would guess the food heavily relies on frozen premade components, perhaps garnished with some fresh ingredients. The pasta texture was that too-soft Applebee's kind, with scant 'n' squishy broccoli pieces.
Not inedible. I ate my penne. Just very cheap-tasting - not worth the money! Even the member prices seem too high for this food quality, not to mention the ridiculous non-member prices.

Read moreHow can food taste so pedestrian? We ordered quite a number fo dishes and yet not one of them hit the mark. The Triple Play (ribs, chicken fillet, and shrimp) was too plain and normal you can buy similar stuff and cook it yourswlf to the same quality. The "baked" potato was obviously boiled as it tasted wet and soppy, with the "baked" aspect was more for melting the butter into the pre-cooked potato. The chicken salad was lazy. The shrimp bread (?) was confusing and rather oily. Overall, far too overpriced for a fastfood or diner quality food. I would understand this quality only if they didn't act like it's a...
