Tai Wai Dining Room — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Generally the food is good, but service definitely needs to improve.

As we wanted to give a birthday surprise to a friend, we went to order the shòu táo- birthday peaches privately. But turned out the waitress came to the table asking us directly to reconfirm the no. of shòu táo. Thanks to her, the birthday friend was just sitting here & the surprise is gone.

Restaurant did not inform us that there's time limit for lunch when we made reservation. During the meal time, the waitress kept coming to remind us that people outside were all waiting for us. That just gave us pressure to finish than...

Are the reviews all fake?? The best dish was the free dessert they give after dinner. Cha Siu was ok, the rest of it was bad, the fish intestine was very smelly. Everything lacked flavour. For this price, the quality of food definitely not worthy, at least they should provide better service, but the staff all seemed to hate their jobs and have bad attitudes. They wanted to charge $28HKD for table tea for my two kids who are two and three years old. Had to ask them to...

No wonder this place is hard to book! Delicious dimsum (see for yourself in the photos below 😋), some of which are rare and hard to find in normal restaurants nowadays ~ 蒸牛骨髓，沙翁，煎糯米雞
