Victoria Harbour Supreme — Restaurant in Hong Kong

While the food was excellent and the ambiance of the restaurant was ideal, there were some key issues that kept this place from getting full stars.

The biggest issue was the lack of service. With the restaurant full all the staff was busy, orders were lost and dishes simply never came, we ended up having to completely change age dinner plans because they ran out of most of what we ordered by the time we got our order in.

However, the food that was tabled was delicious l, presentation was fantastic and portions plentiful. I really did enjoy my experience here, and had it not been for the lack of options perhaps it would have almost achieved full stars.

Also to note, this place does not have a bar. They do have a limited selection of alcoholic drinks which mostly will pair well for whatever you do...

We always had a good lunch under the previous guise "Federal Palace" Was gutted to find out it had been replaced. Waited 40 mins for table of 3 around 2pm. The ambience is still there, service is adequate but the food has gone a notch down. The char sui pineapple buns had burnt bottoms, the iberico pork steamed rice rolls... the pork was tough, the custard bun and crab+prawn dumplings were the only really good items, the rest of food was ok-ish. The main reason in the past for visiting Tsing Yi was the restaurant and the food. Our party agree that will not be...

We often have breakfast yum cha. Dim sim are quite good. However, lunch is a total disaster! It took more than 25 mins for the food to come. We see our food in the food trolley taken a long way round the restaurant (rather then a route which is super near us), my mom was super mad! Staff were less polite, especially the cashier super slow and rude. The table is packed, too close to the next table. The price and what we receive is not balanced, we paid $175 for 2 dishes, so definitely will not...
