ZeEzEe Pizza Cone Cafe — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I recently had the displeasure of dining at the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. From start to finish, the experience was an absolute nightmare, filled with terrible food, atrocious service, and a complete lack of respect for me as a customer.

Let’s start with the food. It was absolutely disgusting. The appetizers were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The main courses were no better. My steak was overcooked and dry, and my partner’s fish was so undercooked that it was practically still swimming. The vegetables were limp and flavorless, and the mashed potatoes were so lumpy and unappetizing that I couldn’t even force myself to eat them.

But the food was only the beginning of the horrors that awaited us at this restaurant. The service was equally terrible, if not worse. Our waiter was rude and unhelpful from the moment we sat down, barely acknowledging us as he took our drink order. When we asked for recommendations on the menu, he simply shrugged and said that he didn’t eat any of the food there himself. Throughout the meal, he was slow to bring us refills on our drinks and completely absent when we needed something.

But the real kicker came at the end of the meal, when we asked for the check. Our waiter took forever to bring it to us, and when he finally did, he had the audacity to include a 20% gratuity on the bill without our permission. When we questioned him about it, he simply shrugged and said that “everyone does it.” It was a blatant show of disrespect to us as customers, and we were both absolutely livid.

The owners are extremely unfriendly (so called Karen’s), didn’t have any respect for themselves or customers. I would rate it a 0/5 star, absolutely disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Really hope no one else falls into this trap.
