My mother in law (MIL), my wife & I visited the Honeymoon Dessert at Tung Chung. I ordered a portion of Mango with Thai Black Glutinous rice ($49) for my wife; a protion of Almond in Egg White ($58) & a portion of Tremella & Baked Pear in Crystal Sugar ($58) for my MIL. I couldn't find anything eatable so I just had a scoop of matcha ice cream ($16). My wife thought her black glutinous rice was not too sweet & it was average, my MIL loved her almond egg white & tremella baked pear as she believed that they were good for health. However, their main concern was the food were served in small portion of takeaway paper cups as the restaurant didn't have any proper cutlery for people who dined in. For me, its desserts on the menu was 100% not my cup of tea & I was very disappointed. The foods were serviously overpriced as well but maybe it's due to its prime location.
