Coti the Bistro (九龍灣店) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Everything in the restaurant is broken. Coffee machine is broken. No hot water (then how do they serve hot tea?). Receipt printer is broken. Food is decent, but the staff's attitude is downright awful. I was asking for a receipt so that I could calculate each of my colleague's lunch share and she said the receipt machine is broken. How can a restaurant operate like this? It's absolutely pathetic. My colleagues looked at the menu at the entrance and the staff proceeded to yell at them saying that it was for takeaway and there would an extra charge for dine-in, blah blah blah, but none of my colleagues spoke Cantonese and it was very disgruntling to see her yell at them like that. I took photos of the order screen, took my receipt and left.

For the past few years it used to be a great place for an efficient and tasty business lunch. Not too noisy, cost effective. Enters the "new" menu... The somewhat signature grilled chicken is now priced a whopping 20% higher, with no change to the dish whatsoever. The rest of the menu is even pricier, and quite importantly... it's misleading.

"Chicken mushroom risotto"? A piece of chicken, a pile of white rice, some spoonfuls of mushroom sauce. Not a risotto at all.

"Grilled beef burrito?" A thin, anemic quesadilla (absolutely not a burrito), with traces of beef at best.
