While it was an acquired taste that might not appeal to my palate initially, it offered a flavorful experience for those exploring different cuisines and cultures. It's important to enjoy what each place is known for.
We tried the Roasted Goose, which was sweet rather than spicy. I also had the Chinese Sausage with Roasted Duck and sticky rice. It was good, but finishing was challenging as I was still acclimating to the flavours.
We sampled various roasted meats, which were quite good—where they aren't usually served hot! The black bean sauce was particularly remarkable.
