After the guided tour ended I was eager to learn more about the smart city/living exhibition in more detail as practically the entire 2nd floor was skipped and parts of the 1st floor exhibition were too brief. It is an area of my career interest therefore given the brief introduction I wanted to explore the exhibition area myself. However, I was rushed out of the place with impolite attitude by the security guard. In fact, with the sole purpose of the exhibition or the ZCB being educational, I do not understand why an attempt to learn is being rejected and refused, or why I was not allowed to enter the exhibition to learn more after the tour when such good educational resources should be open to the general public.
I came with the good expectations and hopes of learning, but sadly I left disappointed with the experience at ZCB and I hope there will be improvements made on...

The zero carbon building is a lovely idea, where the energy consumed is produced at the site: hence the name "Zero-Carbon (emissions)". However, the area isn't big, and there isn't much to do unless you join the tour or participate in their scheduled workshops.

The only 'problem' is the ZCB WIFI RARELY works and I have often spent 30 minutes connecting and reconnecting to the internet. It has a strong 'signal', but does not work. Very frustrating. So if you want to sit and enjoy your time there, don't try. Use your own connection or try connecting to MegaBox...
