Ruby Tuesday (MegaBox) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Ridiculous prices for non-members, an expensive membership fee. I would understand if the food was worth coming back for, but it was bad. The kid's pizza was literally a slice of bread with sliced cheese. Food was flavourless and not fresh. It was all re-heated frozen food.

For a kid friendly restaurant there wasn't any crayons or colour pencils - I guess that would drive the profit margins down.

A soulless cash-grab. I noticed several tables walk out when they noticed the prices and were offered the membership - I was curious about the quality and I paid the price.

God, so bad hospitality experience EVER. Kitchen last call said “9:15pm” and servers get last call 9pm and when we have food before eat, let us check bill first. And i ordered premium aged sirloin steak with midium rare. But served totally RARE.

Might near last call time just seared and serve with cold temp. (Even can’t bite. Yes I m not a dog) Cheese fries not crispy. Pasta is average. And asked cook more but server said kichen closed. Even i have membership, but really sad about ruby tuesday. Thank you so much. I ll give up my membership just waste time and...

Beware! They have a very strange policy. If you want to takeaway some food, they bring you a takeaway box and charge you 2 hkd for it. This part is ok, but next you ask them for a bag as you cannot carry the box, as it might spill. Now, they ask for another 1 use for the bag! We already pay hundreds of dollars for the food, so 1 hkd is not a big deal, but getting charged separately for the box and the bag was a first time for us. Who would just ask for a plastic bag for takeaway, why charge separately.. either charge 2 hkd total, or charge 3 hkd total.. very...
