I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the exceptional experience I had at your wargame venue, known as the "Red Zone," during my visit last Friday. I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback and highlight the aspects that made my time at your venue truly excellent.

First and foremost, I must commend the outstanding quality of the venue itself. The Red Zone offers a remarkable setting for wargaming enthusiasts, with its well-designed, immersive environments that truly transport participants into thrilling battle scenarios. The attention to detail in creating realistic landscapes, structures, and obstacles is truly commendable. I found myself fully engaged in the gameplay, thanks to the thoughtfully constructed layout of the venue.

Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness displayed by your staff members. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly and assisted in every possible way. The staff's enthusiasm for the game and their dedication to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants was evident throughout. Their knowledge of the game mechanics and willingness to address any queries or concerns greatly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere.

The equipment provided at the Red Zone was top-notch. The gear was well-maintained, and I encountered no issues during the gameplay. The availability of a wide range of replica firearms and other related accessories added an extra layer of authenticity to the experience. I appreciated the attention to safety protocols, with the staff ensuring that all participants were geared up correctly and briefed on the necessary precautions.

Another aspect that deserves special mention is the overall ambiance of the venue. Being a fan of both Warzone and Tactzone I was very curious to see how the staff managed to turn a massive gym area into an airsoft field... and was very impressed.

The themes for this field currently are westworld and victorian garden.

The westworld map is very nicely detailed - it reminded me of that movie the hateful 8, and there are plenty of wagons and barrels and faux-saloons to have cqb battles. People who play tactically are going to love this side of the field - there's lots of cqb clearing theory you can apply to this side.

The green field is more traditionally like an airsoft style map - there are numerous points of elevation and sightlines, but enough cover that you can rush without being pinned down too hard. I quite liked this area for objective game modes.

The resting and staging area is the biggest I've seen in HK - theres plenty of tables and the staff have lots of tools/drinks/batteries anything you need in case you forgot something or need something to make minor repairs at the field. Very nice.

As for location - it's relatively convenient as it is in a famous mall called Megabox - if you drive, there's free parking as well, which is covered easily if you go eat at any of the numerous places in the mall (I had pepper lunch - don't recommend it though).

Overall a 5/5 experience!

Redzone is an indoor CQB airsoft field located on the 18th floor of megabox. seperated into 2 maps (currently a wild west theme and wonderland theme), which can be combined into one large game zone.

Wild west theme side has a lot of small areas suited for hiding and plenty of space for shoot outs, both inside and outside of the main "saloon" building.

Wonderland theme side has a more traditional set up, with plenty of space for rushing and elevation for intense battles.

as an entire field, some changes could be made to better utilize the space of both maps, but that could be down to spawn locations, and not map setup.

great resting and setup area, plenty of tables and chairs for a lot of people (40+ fit comfortably at once), of course with plenty of AC.
