King's Dynasty — Restaurant in Kowloon

Some local friends take me and my gf to have dinner here. The place look like exactly a typical HK restaurant frequented by local people. They serve seafood cooked in a steam hot pot. The seafood is very fresh and you don't even need to add any sauce on it. One of my favorite course was the noodles with marinated chicken. It was so good! And the final porridge cooked with all the seafood flavor at the bottom of the hot pot was really outstanding. So rich and umami! Definitely recommend to...

Great place for steam seafood and congee at bottom pot. Apparently one of the first in HK.

Great value for the quality of seafood, not cheap but reasonable price. They also time and cook all seafood for you so you dont overcook anything.

Congee in the end is very yummy. Absorbs all the flavor from the steam seafood .

There are also other hotpot items you can order. Like beef, meat, veggie, etc.

蒸餾火鍋生日飯@皇朝私房火鍋

今天是好友沉大師的正日生辰，早在月頭我們幾條冷成員已經跟他預祝了正日，還選了他想吃的蒸餾火鍋作生日飯，這夜大家也吃得非常盡興又開心呢。

其實私心的我也十分想來皇朝私房火鍋吃蒸餾火鍋，素聞這兒的食材非常新鮮吸引，這夜大家也在此大快朵頤吃喝玩樂了一整夜。

門口和餐廳內也放上各式各樣海產很吸引喔！但我們這夜則選擇了平時較少吃到的海鮮。

有幾條冷的地方美酒當然是少不了！我們分別帶了三支白酒和一支清酒來賣醉，然後還幹掉了九支大啤大家也飲到high...
