Very old school type of restaurant. Somewhere my dad would take my mom on dates back when they were young’s kinda restaurant. You can tell they haven’t changed much since opening 30-40 years ago, but in a good way. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. Not many restaurant in Hong Kong would have waiters/waitresses start casual conversation with you. I think definitely people come back for the environment & vibe this place gives off. 5 star for keeping it old school!

【九龍塘——百味回憶】 召喚浸大人！相信各位浸中嘅朋友對呢間餐廳都唔陌生，佢就係位於島仔嘅百味閣餐廳。原來唔經唔覺佢都已經30周年，記得小編以前讀書嘅時候有時間嘅話，都會過嚟食吓午餐。今次返到嚟估唔到係試佢嘅晚餐！呢間扒房裝修古色古香，入面有非常signature嘅彩繪玻璃天窗同非常經典嘅酒吧枱，呢類嘅港式扒房真係買少見少。 湯&包 扒房必定要食嘅就係佢嘅羅宋湯，呢度嘅羅宋湯非常足料，蔬菜比例佔多，蕃茄味比較突出。另外佢哋嘅餐包係用蒜蓉法包，蒜蓉味突出幾香濃。兩個配埋一齊食，真係經典嘅搭配。 味道：7.7/10 芝士焗松露餡豬柳扒 $145 佢係豬柳上面鋪滿咗蘑菇同芝士整成嘅菜式，再配上意大利飯。豬扒比較薄，但係口感尚算軟腍，唔會乾柴。整體嘅味道芝士比較突出，唔多食到蘑菇嘅香味，反而吸滿咗醬汁嘅酸味，搭配上比較奇怪。至於意大利飯雖然未去到正宗咁al dente ，但都算有啲口感，軟中帶硬，味道偏向忌廉，口感Creamy。但配埋豬扒略嫌太膩。 味道：7.6/10 鐵鍋爆帶子牛扒粒 $160 呢個幾有驚喜，佢每粒帆立貝都非常大粒，而且唔會有腥味，啖啖肉。至於牛柳粒肉味香濃，肉質軟腍，比想像中更好。配上佢嘅青胡椒汁，係幾惹味嘅。佢嘅主食係闊條菠菜麵，口感麻麻，純粹攞嚟填飽肚。 味道：7.7/10 甜品 最後仲會有甜品，係佢哋自家製嘅咖啡燉蛋。呢個甜品係暖嘅，咖啡味幾突出，但就偏向咖啡糖嗰種香甜味道。整體味道係唔錯嘅，唯獨是配上水果非常奇怪。 味道：7.4/10 環境：8/10 服務：7.4/10 抵食：7.3/10 百味閣餐廳 (九龍塘) 九龍塘聯合道320號建新中心地下2-4號舖 #hkig #hkfood #hkeat #hkfoodie #hkfoodlover #香港生活 #香港美食 #香港食評 #食評 #九龍 #九龍美食 #九龍塘 #樂富 #浸會大學 #浸大 #HKBU #大學 #牛扒 #扒房 #舊式扒房 #回憶 #經典 #Steakhouse #steak #dinner #beef #kwoloon #food

百味閣屹立在九龍塘二十幾年 裝修仍然保留90 年代港英🇬🇧時期的味道 彩色天花、掛牆黑白老香港照片、桌巾 入到嚟就彷彿時光倒流回到過去一樣 這裡懷舊但保養得宜 無論牆身、枱面、地板都好乾淨 入座後 優雅的Athena☺️為我哋介紹 餐牌以外嘅是日精選 點餐後 會先為女士上餐具 用餐後亦會從客人後方收走餐具 這種禮儀在時下一般嘅餐廳已經好少有 十分喜歡哩度嘅環境、氛圍 食物亦係有驚喜！ 衷心希望哩度可以一直保留落去❤️ 🔸鮮蠔蘑菇湯（$68） 以新鮮蘑菇打成忌廉湯，口感creamy、但唔膩，湯內還有大量鮮蘑菇片。鮮蠔好大隻，飽滿鮮甜，非常好味！👍🏻👍🏻 🔸炸魚柳薯條（$65） 吉列魚柳好香脆、面中間魚肉好滑，粗身扭扭薯條好好味，炸得好脆，香薯仔味。👍🏻 🔸澳洲肉眼（$108） 叫左五成熟，肉質好軟、多汁，份量都幾足，好抵食。伴碟仲有好香嘅連皮焗薯呢！👍🏻 🔸晚餐：龍蝦汁會蝦球青衣魚塊（$158） 蝦球好大隻又彈牙，蝦味好濃，用料靚！魚塊肉質比較實淨爽口。龍蝦汁香濃。伴碟嘅薯蓉超好食！香滑之餘亦帶點薯仔粒👍🏻。炒蔬菜都煮得好入味。由主菜到伴碟都唔hea。 🔸羅宋湯（餐） 濃郁足料，蔬菜清甜，味道溫和唔辣。 🔸香橙芝士蛋糕（餐）👍🏻 外表平凡，但食落有驚喜！橙味好香、酸酸地好清新，芝士輕盈唔膩，蛋糕鬆軟，微甜而且唔太多creamy，好食！件蛋白霜都好鬆脆呢！😋 🔸白咖啡（餐） 咖啡味香濃，食飽後，來一件美味嘅蛋糕配咖啡，心情大好！ 🔸曲奇🍪 好開心試到佢哋嘅曲奇，真係超好食！好酥脆！口感好好！滿滿杏仁碎片，朱古力粒，好正！
