A mall with a large range of shops and all kinds of different cuisines 🍬

🅿️ Their free-parking spending is a little high with a very low number of hours included. Their membership points is also not very welcoming, however, if you visit with public transportation it is a place which you can spend a whole day at.

🍵You can find bookstores, stationary shops, different kind of cafes, places for group and proper meals. Also there’s places for fast-food and easy dine-alone.

☕️ If you work from home, there’s also a few choices including Coffee Academics, Pret à manger, Starbucks etc.

🧸 On the top floor there is a food court with Hong Kong Style food and KFC. There is also an arcade and a large range of children’s stores including Toys r’ us.

🍔 Sit down for a proper meal at Simply Life, Grey Hound or a quick bite at Five Guys.

🍲 There’s also a large range of Chinese Restaurants if you’re a visiting with family and kids.

On the ground floor theres also a nice Korean Restaurant which is great for sharing, also a Japanese Fusion Restaurant for Soufflé pancakes 🥞.

🍦You can grab a quick ice-cream at Venchi, MacDonald, Godiva or Haagen Dazs.

🍣 Or choose Sushi on the floor above the ice-skating rink which your kids can enjoy a nice afternoon. A great activities for couples who needs to find an afternoon indoors during the heat, a movie 🍿 then skate. Then grab a fruit juice at EXP takeaway bar.

📖 Lastly, go for a stroll at their bookstores and jewellery stores. 📱 If you need accessories or electronics, there’s an Apple Store, Casetify and Muji.

⚽️ Best part, you can visit logon for some everyday gadgets then shop for some sports clothing’s at their large brand range from marathon sports to larger brands.

💄 Have a day off and want to take it easy, go grab a facial at one of their skin care brands including Clarins, Dior, Lancôme etc.

🚌 They are located directly above Kowloon Tong MTR station, which a large number of transportations that has access, including buses...

Festival Walk is one of Hong Kong’s premier shopping and entertainment destinations, offering a perfect blend of retail, dining, and leisure experiences. Located in Kowloon Tong, this upscale mall is a favorite among locals and tourists alike, thanks to its spacious layout, diverse offerings, and vibrant atmosphere.

The mall boasts an impressive selection of international and local brands, ranging from high-end fashion to affordable lifestyle stores. Whether you’re looking for the latest trends, electronics, or unique gifts, Festival Walk has it all. The shopping experience is enhanced by the mall’s modern design, with natural light streaming through its glass roof and a refreshing open-air feel.

One of the standout features of Festival Walk is its dining options. The food court and restaurants cater to every palate, offering everything from casual bites to fine dining. Whether you’re craving Asian cuisine, Western dishes, or something in between, you’ll find plenty of delicious choices.

First impression was awe-inspired by how close it was with the MTR station and the variety of shops that occupy at least four storeys! One can totally spend a day here exploring different merchandise from everybody's favourite MUJI (& the super packed MUJI MEAL CAFE ♡) to the newly opened Taiwanese bookstore Elite and from posh tea rooms to the populace fastfood restaurants.

However, one thing I doubt anyone notices unless you use a wheelchair is that the so-called wheelchair accessible toilets are NOT accessible because when you finish your business and decide to leave the loo, you need to PULL the door open from the inside. But it's so crammed, you have to leave your wheelchair and stand to pull open the door.

Has Festival Walk neglected the fact that people who use wheelchairs as a means of transportation do not have great mobility skills? If they need to stand to open the door, how are they going to get the wheelchair out of the toilet without help?

If any staff working at Festival Walk were reading my review, I would highly suggest installing automatic doors for handicapped persons to ease their inconvenience.

I seriously would like to visit Festival Walk more but I can't hold my pee and using the NOT wheelchair accessible bathrooms require assistance ;(

Please heed the calls from people with mobility...

Festival Walk (FW) is one of the nicer shopping malls in Hong Kong. Located in Kowloon Tong and attached to the MTR station, this is one of the nicer indoor shopping venues for visitors to Hong Kong. FW has 6 floors of mid-range to luxury retail shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, cinema, ice-rink and an international supermarket along with plenty of walking space. You can find one of the three major Apple stores, a Toy's R Us and the expected brand name clothing, sports ware accessory, beauty, electronics and related shops. During holiday seasons, Festival Walk puts out nice decorations, including a 4 storey tall Christmas tree each December. Chinese New Year displays are usually quite nice as well. This shopping mall is similar to IFC in Central District and Times Square in Causeway Bay but with smaller crowds, making this mall more pleasant for browsing and spending time if you want to avoid overly crowded venues. Note: On rainy days and public holidays, even FW becomes overly crowded - pretty much like any indoor venue in the city where locals and foreign visitors seek to spend time.
