wanted to try their mango ice cream. it was late night and there was still a short queue for ordering.. and long queue for collection of orders. not sure it was cos of short of manpower or system issue. placed order via their kiosk and waited 30mins for my ice cream. not just me, but half of other customers...

Placed online order for Angus burger with potato wedges and milkshake. McDonald's app indicated 5 to 10 minutes ready for pickup but it turned out to be 30 minutes.
