McDonald's (Delight Court) — Restaurant in Kowloon

I've been to this McDonald's a couple times,and I have to say,comparing to other McDonald's in this city?This ain't good.

Let's start with the layout.Unlike most Mcdonald's in this city,this one uses a double flooring plan,the lower floor being an ordering area and the upper floor being the dining area,both are connected via a staircase,which I have to ask:Who thought of this?The staircases are just too tight,resulting in people always having to make way for others,which also increases your chances of spilling your meal,and making a fool out of yourself.This problem is further intensified during rush hour and lunch breaks,when there are multiple people trying to cramp inside of the staircase at once.

The ordering area aren't much better either,as there are only one service member ready to take your order,and two automated ordering machine,which just ain't enough to tackle the amount of customers,resulting in a crowded environment and lines that stretched almost beyond the restaurant limits.Not to mention the machines are also slow as hell.

And finally,there aren't enough janitors or service member in the dining area either,resulting in leftover tray filled with wrapping paper and uneaten food left on the tables long after the customers had left.This gives the restaurant environment a bad hygienic impression.

Though there are some redeeming qualities,the food for example,while not anything special,are still the same convenient fast food found in McDonald's all over HK,not to mention the impressively fast arrival time of your food,even during the busiest hours of the day.

My advice?If it wasn't for necessity,don't dine indoors inside this McDonald's,especially during rush hour and...

I love the price of McDonald's in Hong Kong! The employees do not speak English, but we were able to order with pictures on the menu. This location, unfortunately, has limited seating and does not have bathrooms close by. I also did not appreciate the used trays and trash left on the counters. Apparently it is not customary here to throw away the trash...

The Ground floor is the area of kitchen and counter. The seats are on the first floor. You can only reach the first floor by stairs. The area of cafeterias is usually not clean and tidy. Well...
