McDonald's (Lok Wah Estate) — Restaurant in Kowloon

第一次見啲咁差的services, 食薯條唔比茄汁，飲品又唔比吸管，薯條無落鹽，以上都要人提先至會做，仲強調麥當勞的終旨要客人開心，我見唔到做到啲令客人開心，特別係黑衫果個肥仔男人，我哋買幾個餐，差唔多$200，比一個細袋叫我自己袋，問佢比多個袋，大大聲話要收$1蚊，想問既然要收一蚊因為有膠袋稅，想問政府話要走膠你比膠管我係咩意思？又唔見你走膠管比紙管我？再加上我一個膠袋點樣裝3個餐？ #McDonald

The first time I have visited a McDonald with poor services, French fries did not come with ketchup, drinks did not come with straws, and French fries have no seasoned with salt before serving. The customer would need to remind or asked in ordered the employee to do. That feels like all those employees were lack of training and not professional. We are stressed that McDonald's slogan was making their guests happy. I dont see the employees are trying to make the guests happy, especially a fat man in black shirt. I bought a few meals, which is around $200. That guy gave me a thin bag and asked the customer to pack all them up. I asked him to give me one more bag. He shouted at me and said that would charge $1. Since If you are charging me for a plastic bag tax, then I want to ask why did you not following the government regulations on plastic straws? The government regulations are restricting restaurants to provide paper straws. Then why would u give me plastic straws if you are glory following this regulation? Moreover, please teach me how can I place all 3 meals inside a tiny plastic...

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Not a single soft chair or soft couch. Absolutely no interior design. The layers of paint are peeling off the tables and the chairs. I didn't even understand where I came into... NO...

Everything is like a mess, the display screen is always wrong. The service was poor. The place the ready-to-serve foods on the bench without notifying customers. And I saw the manager allowed them to do so. The worst McDonald's I've...
