McDonald's (Maritime Square) — Restaurant in Kwai Tsing District

I love this McDonald's establishment. They really are one of the best in Hong Kong in terms of service delivery. It is unfortunate that some of their staff members aren't on par with the program. Twice I ordered a meal, when I got home it wasn't the burger I ordered but everything else was correct and they often forget to put salt. If you are preparing food for diebetic people, please make it separate. I'm paying for everything I order, including the salted fries.

In terms of preparation, it's sometimes as though the person packing the food is partially blind because the burger has everything falling out, and it's very hard to readjust because of the melted cheese. How hard is it to put place everything in the burger with some kind of alignment? We are your customers, we are paying you for a standard mcDonald's meal, if you can't stick to the program, I'm sure other establishments that don't mind the lack of accuracy are willing to take you in but don't ruin my McDonalds...

Terrible!

Order was finished quickly BUT we were given UNSALTED FRIES and the Sweet and Sour Sauce for my McNuggets was left out! The McChicken was under-fried so it wasn't crunchy! If you look at the frying station, it's a pigstye with fries everywhere.

Staff needs to be better trained to not hurry on everything! Obviously rushing things so much that items are forgotten and cleanliness ignored is just...
