b4 the four-ppl restriction, this restaurant usually close slightly less than half of the place after 14:00. this shows they didnt have the sense that social distancing should be kept during an outbreak. Since the four-ppl restriction, the 14:00 had been postponed to 16:30, instead of cancelling. This shows they believe their profit/ air con $ outweighs...
