Vega Vega — Restaurant in Nossa Senhora de Fátima

We arrived in Macau in the evening and was recommended by hotel staff to have dinner here. The restaurant has a chill vibe and open door policy for pets. The menu has western and asian selection, also indicates if the food contains alliums. We enjoyed the food and more importantly the warm hospitality of the staff. Ms Wang chatted warmly with us and shared the restaurant supports vegetarianism for compassionate reasons. She also gave us directions how to find grocery and take bus back to hotel. A real gem...

This is BY FAR the best vegan/vegetarian food I had during my two weeks in Macau/Hong Kong. Fantastic variety and really great flavours in all the dishes we tried (the Japanese croquettes & Taiwanese style vegan chicken nuggets especially, bussin). Also a chill environment, almost empty when we went for lunch (we had dinner here the day prior also). No loud music and the staff were friendly. Toilets pristine too, all around...

EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD!! We had the braised omnipork rice and the omnipork scrambled egg don. These mains were absolutely delicious. For drinks we had the caramel and cinnamon latte and a matcha latte. The server was really nice and the food arrived relatively quickly as well. Definitely a must-visit if you are plant-based and not plant-based too!! Will definitely come again next time...
