Quanjude — Restaurant in Qingdao

Poor service from chef who cuts the duck. The few slices we got was mostly skin, and barely any meat. While we were momentarily distracted, he quickly takes the rest of the duck (with a lot of meat still left) and left without ever saying a word. The duck tastes decent otherwise. Can’t say much about the meat though because we didn’t really get any, only skin.

Would not come to this branch in the future because of the shady business going on. They definitely had better service in the past but this does not seem like...

You can eat Beijing Duck here. It might little be greasy, but tastes good. And fits with Tsingtao beer well. If you order a duck, chef will come and serve you right in front of table. Funny experience.

베이징덕 맛집이라고 해서 갔습니다. 살짝 느끼할 수 있는데 맛은 있었어요. 칭다오 맥주랑 먹으니까 잘 어울렸습니다. 오리 주문하면 셰프가 바로 앞에서 요리된 오리를 칼로 썰어주는데 신기했어요. 그런거 잘 못보시는 분은 안보시는게 나을 수도 있습니다. 오리 머리까지 다 주거든요. 그래도 맛은 있었고 관광지랑...

가성비 생각하면 절대 가지 말 것. 오리 시키면 셰프가 와서 오리를 썰어줌, 전 개인적으로 좋았고, 맛도 좋았지만, 일반적으로 좀 느끼하고, 비싸게 느껴질 수 있음. 솔직히 스트릿 매장 가서 꼬치, 해산물 먹는게 확실히 가성비는 좋음. 하지만 칭다오에서 가장 유명한 오리구이집이면 가볼만하지 않는가! 저와 같은 식도락이라면, 혼자 가도 돈이 아깝지 않는 벨류임.
